REFUND POLICY
Order Cancellation:

We may refuse or cancel your order for certain reasons, including but not limited to:
- Availability of goods
- Errors in the description or prices of goods
- Errors in your order
We may also refuse or cancel your order if we suspect fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction.
Cancellation Rights for Specific Shipped Goods (excluding subscription services/Heartbreak Boxes)
Please note that Heartbreak Boxes are non-returnable as they are a service, not an order of goods. For other goods, you can only return them according to our Returns Policy, which is part of these Terms and Conditions. Make sure to read our Returns Policy to learn more about your right to cancel your order.
To be eligible for a refund, the returned goods must be in the same condition as you received them, including all product instructions, documents, and wrappings. Damaged goods or goods that are not in the original condition, except for normal wear from opening the packaging, will not be refunded. Please take reasonable care of the purchased goods while they are in your possession.
We will reimburse you within 30 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the order. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
Please note that you do not have the right to cancel an order for the following goods:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
- Goods that are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery
- Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and you have acknowledged the loss of cancellation rights
