Yes! You can place an order for one box. It will be shipped on/before the 22nd of the month.
For example, if you place an order for one box- no subscription- on January 2nd, it will be shipped on/before January 22nd. You will be billed on the date of purchase.
No, The Heartbreak Box is not a replacement for counseling, therapy, psychiatric care, or any mental/medical health service. It is a tool that can help you along with proper mental health care. Always follow your health care provider's advice and recommendations.
For orders placed on/before the 15th, will be shipped by the 22nd of that same month.
For example, an order is purchased on January 12th, it will be shipped January 22nd.
Orders placed on/after the 16th are shipped the following month on the 22nd.
For example, an order is purchased on January 21st, it will be shipped February 22nd.
For box orders without subscription, the charge is billed on the same day that the order is placed.
For subscription orders, the charge is applied on the same day when the initial order is placed. The renewal charge is placed on the 5th of each renewal month. For example, a subscription is ordered on the 12th of January. The charge will be applied January 12th. The renewal charge will be applied July 5th.
No, not at this time. We only ship to the continental US.
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours. You can not cancel the order after it has shipped.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription renewal at least 30 days prior to the renewal charge date (3rd). If you want to cancel after purchasing a subscription, then you must notify us within 24 hours of the purchase date of a subscription at customerservice@theheartbreakbox.org .
The Heartbreak Box is a service-based business. We curate items and resources to provide to our customers. As a service business, we do not permit refunds. In addition, we are not accepting returns for any products. If an item is broken or missing, email us within 5 days of delivery at customerservice@theheartbreakbox.org. We reserve the right to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
You are responsible for updating the address in your account before the 14th of the month. The Heartbreak Box is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address or past address. You can contact your local postal service for mail forwarding options.
After shipping, The Heartbreak Box is not responsible for any stolen packages. Contact your local police authorities regarding stolen packages.
